The other day Nate says to me "when did Gwen become a little kid"? I sat there for a moment in awe because I was actually thinking the same thing, as we were watching her manuever the house while jibber-jabbering in her cute little voice. She has so much to say and it comes complete with hand motions and facial expressions.
A few weeks back Gwen started in a new room at daycare with toddlers around her same age, up to 24 months. In the new room she's learned so much in just a few short weeks from the 'older' kids. She's eating with a spoon and while we give her a fork (child's version of course) she just stabs at her food and plays with it. Gwen is becoming such a hilarious little girl. She laughs at everything and doesn't miss a beat with anything. Saying the girl is busy is an understatement. We are continually amazed at what she knows. She loves to do tasks, so we have her doing all kinds of little chores around the house....putting her clothes in the hamper or passing papers back and forth between mom and dad.
Enjoy the recent pictures we've taken...she's still without a ton of hair, but managed to get a hair clip in for the first time! It lasted a few hours until she realized it was there.
