Our beautiful Gwen is one month old today. The past month has been amazing and FAST! We have learned so much about Gwen and ourselves as parents. She's growing quickly and every day seems to bring something a little new. She loves her vibrating bouncer and is getting more used to the swing. What she doesn't like is....to sleep on her own. Gwen loves to be held and to sleep between mom and dad.
She sleeps for long periods at night, it's really been nice - but it's been in our bed. Over the next 8 weeks we will try for her to sleep on her own again (it's happened before, so it can happen again) - but for now, it's easier on us and more of a comfort for her to be close to us. We have a giant family bed....Ozzie at the foot and Gwen at the head.
Gwen has become more aware of her surroundings. She tracks you when you walk away and notices Ozzie as he passes by her as well. We've also gotten a few smiles, it's so cute!! She has an incredibly strong neck and back, she loves to have tummy time.
We look forward to what the next month will bring - Christmas photos, lots of family and more developmental milestones.

Sounds like things are going great! Next thing you know she'll be flipping around in her crib! I remember when Zach did that for the first time...I was like what the heck?? How did he do that? Good times!!
