18 days and counting...

Not that I'm keeping track or anything....

Nothing entirely hugely new to report, except the doctor appointments are going well (no big changes) and we are feverishly trying to accomplish all of the house projects we've been meaning to do for the past year. There's something to be said about having a baby...it makes you get your "to-do" list done.

The car seat has been installed (after reading and re-reading the manual) and the hospital bag is just about packed. The "travel system" (see pic) is ready for action and currently inhabiting our bare dining room. It has only been used so far by Nate, who likes to chase Ozzie around the house making car engine noises. I guess that's one way for the dog to get used to the baby.....hopefully Ozzie doesn't decide to lift his leg on it in appreciation.

For those of you lucky enough to brave Minnesota over the holidays, we have recently ordered a dining room table and will finally be able to host more than 2 people, without having to eat on the floor.

Not much else to report. OH, almost forgot......the crib I ranted about in an earlier post is officially not being sold anymore. Got the "call" today and the manufacturer has decided to discontinue it. End of story on that one. We'll head to Target for the same crib, just in a different color - cross your fingers.
